Automation equipment, especially some non-standard automation equipment in its production process or trial time will generally produce a variety of problems. Long-term stay in the production process, the use of non-standard automation equipment will become shorter, therefore, it is necessary to carry out more maintenance and maintenance work in peacetime. We can start from the following aspects:
 
1. Use instruments to test whether there is water in the equipment because of dampness or other reasons. The equipment in the equipment is easy to rust or other problems.
 
2. To test the pressure transmitter, we should also test the temperature transmitter and observe whether the acceptance line of the electric control valve is worn or even fallen off.

(3) Good lubrication: timely refueling or changing oil, continuous oil, no dry friction, normal oil pressure, bright oil marking, smooth oil path, oil quality meet the requirements, oil gun, oil cup, felt clean;
 
(4) Safety: Comply with safety operation rules, do not overload the use of equipment, equipment safety protection devices are complete and reliable, timely elimination of unsafe factors.
 
Small Skills on Lubrication and Maintenance of Machinery and Equipment
 
Lifting equipment has the characteristics of heavy load, low speed, poor condition and continuous production. In daily maintenance, various lubricants, especially gear oil, are widely used in cement equipment. We should also pay attention to several related aspects in the daily lubrication management and use of the reducer. It is better to pay for the reducer by lubricating oil, and to improve working efficiency can also extend the service life of the reducer.
 
1. For the reducer system using pump for circulating lubrication, attention should be paid to the differential pressure of the pump and the timely cleaning of the filter screen. If the pressure difference of the pump is large in a short time, or the pre-cleaning of the filter screen increases obviously, and the wear of the sludge and metal on the filter screen increases obviously, in a sense, the use of lubricating oil is not very good. In addition to material and design problems, it can be said that the selection of lubricating oil is not reasonable enough: first, the viscosity is not appropriate, second, heavy load can be used to replace the medium load, that is, the effect of selecting high-grade gear oil will be significantly improved.
 
2. It is necessary to avoid mixing new oil into old oil (instead of filling it as required) or adding high-viscosity oil to achieve a certain viscosity due to the decrease of viscosity. In this way, there may be some short-term effects, but the performance of oil products will be significantly reduced, and the lubrication conditions of crane equipment will become worse, resulting in increased wear and tear, which in a sense will shorten the life of the equipment. In addition, because the main agent is different, the additive "fights" may occur when mixing. So that the role of additives should be offset each other. The consequences for the equipment are unimaginable.
 
3. Regarding the oil-changing period of crane, theoretically speaking, the oil-changing period is short, which can better reduce friction and pair wear and prolong the service life of equipment, and at the same time provides a necessary condition for ensuring its normal operation. However, from the perspective of economic benefits, oil products should be used more accurately and effectively. Whether or not to change oil and when to change oil, in addition to abiding by the provisions of the oil change period. Consideration should also be given to the start-up time and rate of equipment so as to maximize the use of oil products.
