2. Raw materials: more than 90% of them are sponge cuttings. Every June-November, less rain, less weather, better cuttings, cleaner water and less wetting are the main reasons why they are hot. During December-May, the quality of sponge cuttings is the worst when the supply is the least. At this time, the rainwater is more spongy, and the workers around the Spring Festival are poor. Less, more orders and more quality will certainly be affected.

 

3. Weather impact: It takes 3-4 days in sunny days and 5-7 days in rainy days to make the products completely dry and chemical reaction completed. Otherwise, the tensile force and hardness of the semi-finished products will be poor.

 

4. Adhesive: TDI material hardness will be better and less absorbent, MDI material is more environmentally friendly, the more solvent added, the easier it is to destroy sponge tissue and cause poor tensile force.
