The emergence of computerized needle car for sewing equipment has brought high economic benefits to garment enterprises and improved the work efficiency of employees, but the failure of machine seems to be an unavoidable problem. For the parts of computer needle car, there are long-term difficulties such as power failure, back needle, tangent, sweeping fault, tangent and continuous line failure. 1. The computer needle car does not turn on electricity
Firstly, when the power plug is plugged in, check whether the power switch is in good contact and whether the fuse on the power board is burnt. If the above two items are all good, the cement resistance of 15W/20Omega on the power board is damaged, so replace a resistance with equivalent resistance. Circuit boards with small resistance value of cement are easily damaged by impact of large current. Circuit boards with excessive resistance value start slowly when they start up.
2. There is no action on the actuating elements of the computer needle car, such as reverse needle, tangent, sweep, etc.
If one of them has no action, such as no back needle, first of all, confirm whether the back seam switch is turned on, whether the electromagnet is burnt, whether the corresponding connector is plugged in, whether the electromagnet wire is broken by the pulley, or whether the back needle loop of the control board is malfunctioning. If the reverse needle switch is damaged, or all the executing elements such as the reverse needle tangent, sweep, etc. have not acted:
Firstly, check whether the connectors corresponding to the computer needle car accessories are inserted properly, because most of the plugs of the reverse needle, tangent, sweep and other executing elements of the brand sewing machine are designed on one connector, which may be misdialed. If the plug-in is good, you should check whether the 30VA fuse on the control board has burned. If it burns, replace it with a brand new one.
You can see that some brands in the market, such as Mitsubishi Machine and Brothers Machine, have changed iron core induction transformer into electronic transformer. Although they have reduced weight, volume and cost, they have also increased the possibility of transformer failure. Sometimes the fuse is good, maybe the electronic transformer is damaged. At this time, you can use the multimeter to measure whether the control board input power plug is 30V.
3. Continuous cutting line of fittings
As long as you hear the tangent line, you will soon think that the cutter is blunt, change the cutter or the tangent line, you will think whether the position of the tangent cam is positioned, adjustable to and fro is not a problem. Actually, the movable knife and fixed knife used normally are not so easy to be blunt. The fixed knife used by the company for 2-3 years has not been repaired up to now.
It has been observed that 80% of the reasons for the new machine's continuous thread cutting are the loose belt, or the scraps wrapped around the motor wheels and handwheels, so that the belt slips, resulting in the inaccurate position of the down-stop needle. In serious cases, when the machine needle is ready to cut the line after parking, it should be in the down-stop needle position, but the machine needle is on the needle board. At this time, the shearing line electromagnet suction shearing line cam roller can not clip the shearing line position, the moving knife will not retreat, resulting in machine tangent line.
