Cautions in Using Computer Needle Car

1. Sudden stop in sewing; power indicator lights on, but the hand wheel is heavy.
 
Reasons: Computer needle car works at low speed for a long time; overheating of machine may cause automatic shutdown of motor power supply.
 
Method: Turn off the power supply and wait for 20 minutes. The safety device will be restarted and the sewing machine is ready to start working.
 
2. No needling
 
Reasons: Surface line is used up; Pressure foot is not lowered; Shuttle axis is not in the correct position.
 
Solution: Replace the empty line axle, recognise the needle; lower the foot; press the shuttle axle to the bottom and return to the left; lower the eyebutton rod.
 
3. Computer Needle Car Stops
 
Reasons: Press foot mismatch or machine needle bump into press foot; machine needle drops off and gets stuck in crochet.
 
Solution: Replace press foot; Remove machine needle and install new needle.
 
4. Surface line disconnection
 
 
Reasons: inappropriate threading mode; knotting; excessive thread tension; needle bending, blunt point or sand hole; needle size is not appropriate; needle placement is inappropriate; needle and thread matching is inappropriate; sewing initial speed is too fast; threading without thread taker.
 
Solution: Re-normal on-line; Eliminate on-line knotting; Adjust clamp pressure; Replace machine needle; Replace machine needle of appropriate size; Place machine needle properly; Change thread or needle; Start sewing machine at medium speed; Check on on-line steps.
 
5. Bottom line disconnection
 
Reasons: the shuttle core is not fully inserted into the shuttle shell; the shuttle core is wound by wires; the shuttle core is not running smoothly in the shuttle shell; the shuttle shell or shuttle has yarn.
 
Solution: Carefully reload the shuttle core into the shuttle shell; arrange the outlet of the shuttle shell; check that the shuttle core may be damaged; clean up the shuttle shell and the shuttle core.
 
6. Jumper
 
Reasons: excessive tension of thread; bending or blunting of machine needle; incorrect size of machine needle; improper matching of needle and thread; the thread has not passed through the take-up rod; insufficient pressure of pressing foot; improper placement of machine needle.
 
Solutions: adjusting the tension of the thread; replacing the needle; selecting the appropriate size needle; replacing the needle or thread; checking the threading steps; increasing the pressure of the foot; re-needling.
 
7. Unqualified trace
 
Reasons: the machine wire is not fully pulled into the sensor; the way of threading is not right; the shuttle shell is out of line wrong; the size of the shaft cap does not match.
 
Solution: fully pulling the machine wire into the sensor; correctly threading; correcting the shuttle shell outlet; changing to the size of the line shaft cap.
 
8. Chaotic Traces
 
 
Reasons: the machine needle size is not suitable; the step of on-line is wrong; the splint is relaxed; the cloth is stretched; the foot is not strong enough or completely relaxed; the shuttle core is deformed.
 
Solution: Select suitable needles for thread and cloth; Re-wire the machine; Up-tightening clamp; Delivery without strong pulling cloth; Up-tightening or re-loading pressing foot; Re-winding shuttle core.
 
9. Fabric wrinkling
 
Reasons: For specific fabrics, pins are too large; pins are passivated; thread tension is not appropriate; foot-pressing force is not enough; cloth is too light; the difference in surface, bottom line diameter or material is caused.
 
Solution: small pins; replacement of machine needles; adjustment of thread tension; increase foot pressure; use thin liner; surface and bottom lines are of the same diameter.
 
 
10, stranded wire
 
Reasons: Surface line and bottom line have not been pressed by foot; feeding teeth sink
 
Solution: The bottom line of the surface line is pressed on the foot at the same time; the feeding teeth are lifted.
 
 
11. Broken needle
 
Reasons: Fine needle sewing thick material; Insufficient installation of machine needle; Loosening of machine needle fastening Gong silk; Improper selection of press foot; Loosening of press foot.
Solution: changing suitable machine needle; reinstalling machine needle; tightening machine needle to fix Gong wire; selecting suitable press foot; reinstalling press foot.
 
12. The noise is too loud, the click and the machine run to death.
 
Reasons: sundries filling feeding teeth; yarn on the tip of shuttle; yarn winding shuttle.
 
Solution: Clean the machine; dismantle the machine and clean the shuttle.
 
13. Machine not feeding
 
Reasons: the length of pin is 0; the pin is too loose; the position of feeding teeth is too low; the fabric knots under the thread.
 
Solution: Re-set the appropriate pin pattern and length; adjust the pressure of the pin to "routine"; lift the feeding teeth; and place the two threads below the pin before sewing.
 
14. Can't thread machine needle; The threader doesn't move; The threading hook can't get into the needle eye.
 
Reasons: the needle is not in the highest position; the self-protection of the needle reader when the needle is not in place; the needle is not fully installed in place.
 
Solution: Rotate the handwheel until the needle reaches its highest position; insert the needle completely.
 
 
15. The threader does not return to its position and the sewing machine stops; the threading hook retains the needle eye.
 
Reason: Accidental action of sewing machine while thread-threading hook is still in the eye of needle.
 
Solution: Clockwise micro-operation of the handwheel and take out the hook.
