(1) Adjustment of Bending Needle and Machine Needle
When the straight needle and the bending needle are installed, they should be completely inserted at the bottom of the bending needle seat at the top of the straight needle clamp. The gap between the bending needle tip and the side of the machine needle should be kept at 0-0.1 mm. When the bending needle recedes to the end, the distance between the bending needle tip and the center line of the machine needle should be kept at 2.5-3 mm. The machine needle rises from the lower dead point, and the bending needle begins to draw. When the bending needle tip coincides with the center line of the machine needle, the bending needle tip should be 1.5-2 mm above the machine needle hole.
(2) Adjustment of dialing pole
The dialing rod should be kept in plane upward. When the head of the dialing rod moves to the center of the machine needle, the distance between the dialing rod and the machine needle should be ensured to be 0.5 mm. When the bending needle hooks the machine needle and the dialing rod starts to dial, the dialing rod should be carefully adjusted so that it can smoothly enter the loop of the bending needle to hook and pull the bending needle. At the same time, the gap between the dialing rod and the tip of the bending needle should be within the range of 0.1-0.2 mm. In actual adjustment, it is advisable to just touch the bending needle.
(3) Adjustment of needle and thread quantity
When the machine needle drops to the lower dead point, the eye of the needle rod crossing the line hook is level with the line adjusting rod. If we hope that the needle and thread loops will be bigger, there will be endless varieties of products such as flat sewing machine, seam wrapping machine and stretch sewing machine. Special machines such as keyhole, nail, knot, pattern machine and suit bag opening machine will speed up the development. The thread adjustment rod should be moved up, otherwise, the thread adjustment rod should be moved down.
(4) Adjustment of bending needle and thread
When using chemical fibre, the position of the bending needle and thread hook can be adjusted up and down. There are many series of related products that can be matched with each other. Customers may purchase a kind of equipment, but they can not match other equipment purchased later according to the special technological requirements. Even after purchasing a complete set of equipment, the bending needle dialing rod can be matched with the thread hook eye at the bottom. The distance is 7-8 mm.
